These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website stork-wise.com(the "Site"), operated by StorkWise Group LLC ("StorkWise," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

StorkWise Group LLC is a real estate investment company that purchases residential properties directly from owners. We are principals in our transactions — we are not acting as your real estate broker, agent, attorney, or financial advisor, and no content on this Site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Offers Are Not Binding Until Contracted

Any cash offer, estimate, or valuation communicated through the Site, by phone, or by email is preliminary and non-binding on either party until both parties execute a written purchase agreement. Offers may be adjusted or withdrawn based on property condition, title review, or other due diligence findings.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract
  • Provide accurate, current information in any form you submit
  • Only submit information about properties you own or are authorized to represent
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to transmit malware, spam, or misleading content
  • Not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site or its content

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the StorkWise name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by StorkWise Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

5. Communications Consent & SMS Terms

By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to be contacted by StorkWise Group LLC as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, email, and SMS text messages.

If you opt-in to receive SMS messages, you can expect to receive updates regarding property availability, transaction statuses, cash offers, and business scheduling. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any message. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you need assistance, you can reply "HELP" at any time, or contact us directly at office@stork-wise.com.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY VALUATION OR MARKET INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORKWISE GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
